Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your place in a Belinda Bayliss Co (BBCo) mentorship programme. By enrolling and making payment, you are agreeing to the terms set out below.
1. The Parties
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between Belinda Bayliss Co ('BBCo', 'we', 'us') and the individual named on the enrolment form ('you', 'the client').
2. Programme Overview
BBCo offers mentorship programmes for female founders. The specific programme, duration, session schedule, and inclusions will be confirmed in your enrolment documentation. These Terms apply to all BBCo mentorship programmes unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
3. Not Therapy -- Important Notice
This is a business mindset mentorship programme. It is not counselling, psychotherapy, clinical psychology, or any other form of therapeutic or mental health service.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:
● No therapeutic relationship exists or will exist between you and Belinda Bayliss Co, or between you and Belinda Bayliss in her personal capacity, as a result of your participation in this programme.
● No prior therapeutic relationship has existed between you and BBCo prior to your enrolment.
● Participation in this programme does not establish and will not lead to a therapeutic relationship in the future.
● Belinda Bayliss holds qualifications in psychology, teaching, and school counselling; however, these qualifications are not being applied in a clinical or therapeutic capacity within this programme.
● If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, you are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support from a registered health practitioner.
4. Investment & Payment
4.1 Payment in Full
If you elect to pay in full, the total investment is payable at the time of enrolment. Your place in the programme is confirmed once payment is received.
4.2 Payment by Instalment
Where an instalment plan is offered and accepted, you agree to all scheduled payments being fulfilled regardless of programme attendance or engagement. Missed installment payments do not indicate a withdrawal from programme.
In the event of a missed payment, BBCo reserves the right to pause programme access until the outstanding amount is settled. Continued non-payment may result in programme termination without refund of amounts already paid.
4.3 Payment Methods
Payment details will be provided at the time of enrolment. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of GST where applicable.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You are entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid if you request to withdraw from the programme within 14 days of the first session being conducted.
To request a refund under this guarantee, you must notify BBCo in writing (via [email protected]) within this 14-day window. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of your written request being received.
5.2 After the 14-Day Window
After 14 days from your first session, limited refunds may be considered for (but not limited to):
● Change of personal or business circumstances
● Illness or unexpected life events
although will unlikely be considered for (but not limited to):
● Reduced engagement or non-attendance
● Early withdrawal from the programme
6. Programme Delivery
Sessions are conducted online via video call. Session scheduling is as per the information provided at the beginning of the mentorship, and may be subject to change. For individual sessions, BBCo will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your scheduling preferences, however we cannot guarantee fixed timeslots across the full programme duration.
If BBCo needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time. If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows will be forfeited unless exceptional circumstances apply, at BBCo's discretion.
7. Your Responsibilities
To get the most from this programme, you agree to:
● Show up to scheduled sessions prepared and ready to engage
● Complete any agreed-upon work or reflection between sessions
● Take responsibility for your own decisions and business outcomes
● Communicate openly and honestly so BBCo can provide relevant support
8. Results & Disclaimer
BBCo provides business mindset mentorship and strategy support. While we are committed to delivering a high-quality programme, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or personal transformation.
Results vary depending on individual effort, circumstances, and factors outside our control. You are responsible for all decisions made as a result of working with BBCo.
9. Confidentiality
BBCo treats all information you share within the programme as confidential. We will not disclose your personal or business information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
You agree to keep confidential any proprietary frameworks, materials, or resources shared with you as part of the programme. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or repurposed without written permission from BBCo.
10. Intellectual Property
All programme materials, frameworks, resources, and content provided by BBCo remain the intellectual property of Belinda Bayliss Co. Your enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own business development only.
11. Privacy
BBCo collects and holds your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Your information will only be used to deliver and administer your programme. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy at belindabayliss.co.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBCo's liability for any claim arising from or related to this programme is limited to the total amount paid by you for the programme. BBCo is not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about the programme, please contact us in the first instance at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
15. Amendments
BBCo reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to active clients with reasonable notice. Continued participation in the programme following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By proceeding with enrolment and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
